CAESARS PALACE WINDSOR – RESTAURANT CEILING MURAL
We were commissioned by a restaurant inside Caesars Palace Windsor to create a breathtaking ceiling mural at the entrance to their dining space. The concept was to immerse guests in a serene, expansive sky as they entered, setting a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere before their dining experience.
Project Challenges & Process:
- The ceiling design had to integrate seamlessly with the existing wooden beams running across the space. Instead of working around them, we incorporated them into the design, ensuring the sky mural felt natural and uninterrupted.
- Due to the restaurant’s operating hours, all work had to be completed at night when the venue was closed, requiring meticulous planning to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
- The size of the mural, measuring 20 feet by 50 feet, demanded two indoor skyjacks to allow multiple artists to work simultaneously, expediting the process.
- The mural was created using brush techniques, with careful attention to shading, blending, and highlighting to bring the clouds to life with depth and realism.
Completion & Impact:
The entire project took one week to complete, with a dedicated three-person team working each night to perfect the mural. The final result is a stunning, immersive sky that elevates the entrance experience, enhancing the elegance and ambiance of the restaurant.
This mural was a rewarding challenge, and we are proud to have contributed to the artistic atmosphere of Caesars Palace Windsor.
