This large-scale painted sign was created to promote a new residential development featuring townhomes and single-family homes. The project required a bold, high-visibility advertisement on the side of a building to attract potential buyers and generate interest in the new housing release.

Process & Techniques

Surface Preparation

• The wall was cleaned and inspected to ensure proper adhesion of the paint.

Flourish Design Projection & Painting

• The flourish graphic was first projected onto the wall at night to ensure accurate scaling and proportions.
• During daylight hours, the outline was carefully filled in by hand using brushes and rollers.

Lettering Application Using Vinyl Stencil

• The white text was applied using a vinyl stencil to maintain clean, sharp edges.

Accessibility & Challenges

• The wall was partially obstructed by trees and bushes, making access difficult.
