GRAB A CUP & SEIZE THE DAY

For this project, we created a faux ghost sign on a rustic wooden wall, blending vintage charm with a hand-painted aesthetic. The goal was to give the mural a naturally aged, timeworn look, reminiscent of old signage found on historic buildings.

To achieve this effect, we used a layered painting approach, starting with a vinyl stencil to ensure precise typography while maintaining the organic feel of hand lettering. Once the base design was in place, multiple layers of paint were applied strategically, followed by subtle distressing techniques to create a faded, weathered appearance. The final result looks as if it has been part of the space for decades, seamlessly integrating into the textured wood backdrop.

This piece not only enhances the atmosphere of the space but also serves as an uplifting daily reminder—grab a cup and seize the day!
