REPO LOT SIGNAGE

This large-scale signage was created for Repo Lot, a national reseller specializing in bank-repossessed vehicles. The design features a bold red-and-white color scheme with strong, capitalized lettering and a prominent auction gavel icon. This visual identity conveys authority and trust while making the signage easily readable from a distance.

Located in a high-traffic area, the goal of this project was to ensure clear, bold branding that could be seen from afar and attract potential buyers.

Project Details:

  • Sign Dimensions: Each sign measures over 20 feet in width and nearly 20 feet in height.
  • Design & Preparation: The client provided the imagery and layout, which was scaled up to fit the building’s exterior.
  • Painting Process:
    • The surface was primed and painted to provide a clean background for the graphics.
    • Large custom stencils were applied to ensure sharp, precise lettering and logo placement.
    • The bold red-and-white color scheme was chosen for maximum visibility and contrast.
  • Equipment Used:
    • Rolling scaffolding was essential to access the upper portions of the wall safely.
    • High-quality exterior paint was used to ensure durability and resistance to weather conditions.
  • Challenges:
    • The scale of the project required careful alignment to maintain consistency across the massive lettering.
    • Painting such a large area while ensuring crisp edges with stencils required strategic application techniques.
  • Completion Time: Each sign took approximately two days to complete.

This project resulted in a high-impact visual statement that effectively communicates Repo Lot’s business to passersby, reinforcing their brand identity while making the space inviting to potential customers.
